To ensure a smooth shipping process, please take note of the following guidelines.

Order Cut-off Times

For in-stock items eligible for same-day shipping, please submit your order before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. This allows sufficient time for order processing before our daily FedEx pickup, which typically occurs between 3:00 - 4:00 PM.

Important Information

Please be aware that business days commence once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

Partial Shipments and Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for backorder, you will see a message indicating its availability. If you require estimated lead times, click 'Request Lead Time?' and complete the online form.

When practical, Manufacturers Automation Inc. may ship available items separately to reduce delivery time.

Shipment Costs

The displayed shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your invoice. If material is excessively heavy or oversized, a representative will contact you before shipment regarding any additional freight charges.

When shipping costs cannot be determined at checkout, freight charges will be calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier service using published carrier rates.

Order Tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking may require several hours to become active after shipment.

International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local import regulations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Commercial invoices and export documentation will be supplied where required.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to export control regulations or manufacturer restrictions. Manufacturers Automation Inc. reserves the right to decline or delay shipments where required by applicable laws or manufacturer policies.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Visible damage should be reported to the carrier and to Manufacturers Automation Inc. within 48 hours. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact your local sales representative as soon as possible. Orders already in processing or shipped may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.

Force Majeure

Manufacturers Automation Inc. shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Refund policy

Do you have extra items, received the wrong product, or no longer require an item? Our return process is designed to make returns as simple as possible.

To request a return or repair, please fill out the RMA Form.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any product, customers must obtain written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Manufacturers Automation Inc. Return requests can be submitted using our online return request form. Returns requested more than 90 days after shipment will not be accepted.

General Return Conditions

All returned items are subject to inspection. Products must be unused, in new condition, in the original manufacturer's packaging, complete with all accessories, labels, manuals, and documentation, and suitable for resale. Credit will be issued after inspection and approval.

Any shortages, incorrect items, or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

1. Return of Stock Products

  • No restocking fee for returns within 30 days of shipment.
  • Returns requested 31 to 90 days after shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns requested after 90 days require ManuAuto review and approval and may be subject to additional conditions or be declined.
  • Cut materials (including wire, conduit, cable cut lengths, and similar products) are non-returnable.

2. Special Order, Non-Stock & Discontinued Products

Products that are special order, non-stock, custom-configured, or discontinued are subject to the manufacturer's return policy. Manufacturer approval may be required. Additional handling, freight, or restocking charges may apply. Some products may be non-returnable.

3. Warranty Claims & Faulty Products

The customer must provide a brief description of the equipment malfunction. Warranty claims are processed according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Depending on the manufacturer's decision, products may be repaired, replaced, or credited. Refunds are not guaranteed where repair or replacement is available. For automation products, returns will not be accepted if the manufacturer's seal or tamper-evident label has been broken.

Non-Returnable Products

Generally non-returnable items include software licenses, custom-built products, hazardous materials where applicable, opened consumables, products showing signs of installation, misuse, abuse, modification, or physical damage, unless covered by an approved warranty claim.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our shipping error or an approved defective product, customers are responsible for return freight charges. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection & Credit Processing

All returns are inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or a credit will be applied to the customer's account within 10 business days of inspection. Applicable restocking, freight, or manufacturer charges may be deducted.

Marketplace orders are subject to the return and refund policy of the applicable marketplace platform.
